Today in Hallstead (2 PM ish 6/23/19) a small crowd waiting for their orders, I figure okay, I have to wait anyway and since no one else is on line, I'll use the kiosk. In Montrose, it was the second time that I placed my order via kiosk, only to have another 'regular' ask if he could place an order for just a coffee, reply was yes, then while I'm standing there with slip in hand, he starts to decide what else he wants. But as in Montrose, You can place your order in and then find out others are now ahead of you because no. I try to oblige McD by using their new kiosk format.
